In addition to this, I am surprised at just how low the commission is on the transfers made through HiFX. I was expecting the figure to be a great deal higher considering the personal touch that HiFX give to each and every transaction. In my opinion, this site is going to be ideal for just about anybody. If you are transferring large sums of cash (into the thousands), you may want to look somewhere where you will be able to secure better rates, those who transfer smaller amounts from time to time will feel right at home, however.

I’m Converted to HiFX Currency Conversion!
I was a little hesitant about changing to using an internet currency conversion company. I was used to the familiarity of using my bank to make international cash transfers. However, I need not have worried. The initial set up took only a few minutes.
When I felt I needed some advice, I contacted HiFX’s very friendly Help Line. They were patient and helpful and did not make me feel stupid or incompetent.
Once the system was set up, I have found it very quick and simple to use. I very much appreciate HiFX’s daily bulletins of the current £/€ exchange rate. I can choose to make my cash transfers when the currency exchange rates are favourable and the money will be in my French account very quickly. I like the speed with which these transfers take place. The last time I used HiFX, the cash was in my French account in 24 hours!

Speed and Efficiency and a personal touch
I’ve used HiFX twice now and will use them every time I want to make an international transfer. The online system is easy to use and three is always a person to call at the end of the telephone is you need any help. They keep you advised when the money reaches its destination. I made my most recent transfer on a Friday, to Australia, and the money was there Monday morning and I had an email from HiFX to let me know!!
Dear Sir/Madam, It is not apparent to me how you could have improved your service to me at any stage of our dealings. Initially i was faced with a high Euro rate against Sterling and after searching the net found HIFX.
I enrolled and then sold my property abroad and thanks to HIFX moved the money into their “Euro Holding Account”?. The Accounts Manager, Matthew, was absolutely magnificent in keeping me informed of the daily rate fluctuations,nothing was too much trouble for her,so much so it felt she had became part of the family with these daily conversations.
Finally, on the 4th May the market for Sterling against the Euro was the strongest for 13 months and so i unloaded the Euros. The mark up was four figures and as HIFX give a better rate of exchange than the High Street Banks the savings to my pocket were considerable.
I cannot speak too highly of the Bank and certainly Matthew whose professionalism throughout was a credit to her and the Bank. I would strongly recommend any Person/Company etc contemplating moving monies from overseas to the UK to go through HIFX. Words cannot start to express my satisfaction with HIFX.
