World First is a company which aims to beat the exchange rate of just about every other international money transfer company out there. I am not going to lie to you here, this is not something that it always manages to achieve. That being said, they do offer far better exchange rates than most other companies out there, even for the smallest transfer sums.

World First prides itself on offering a far cheaper service than the banks. Let’s be honest though, this is not exactly something which is hard to achieve. The banks are notorious for offering absolutely dreadful rates when it comes to international money transfers. However, from time to time, you will most likely find that World First offers far better exchange rates than some of the biggest names in the world of international money transfer e.g. Travelex and Moneycorp. Whenever I make a transfer, and I do so quite frequently, I always check out World First for this very reason.

There are absolutely zero fees for transferring through World First. However, you should be aware that the minimum amount of money that you can transfer is £1,000. If you are looking to transfer smaller amounts than this, perhaps to pay a small bill in a foreign country, then you will probably want to look into one of the many other money transfer companies out there. However, do bear in mind that the fees that you will pay for their services will most likely end up being far higher.

One of the main draws of World First is the fact that they make it dreadfully simple to make a transfer. You can do everything online in no more than a couple of clicks. However, if you prefer to speak to somebody, there is a telephone number that you can give a call. The team at World First, all of whom are highly experienced in the world of international money transfer, will be more than happy to answer any questions that you may have about the service.

In addition to this, you can also make your transfer via an iOS or Android App. As an Android user, I am actually pleasantly surprised at the latter as there are very few companies out there which offer a dedicated Android app despite it being the more popular operating system. Many kudos to World First here!

Companies do not last long if they are not trustworthy, so you can be sure that when you work with World First, your money is in the safest possible hands.
